We work directly with property managers and owners to complete commercial construction projects that vary in small-scale, medium-scale, and large-scale sizes, ensuring all requirements and standards are met. We also offer design services to provide floor plans, 3D renderings, and construction scope.

Manage client & subcontractor relations related to design services and general construction requests. Complete site inspections. Complete digital designs and renderings. Generate and review estimates for submittal to clients and property managers.

Angel Morales – SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER– Repair & Construction Division

The primary role of the Senior Project Manager is to plan construction projects, oversee progress in a timely and cost-effective manner and Resolve complex construction project related issues,  while keeping the client up to date.
